Everyday Dog
was established for just that, the "everyday dog". We focus on the household
pet, your child's confidant and your best friend. What is it we are all
looking for from our dogs? Companionship and enjoyment. We all want a dog
that is well behaved, well liked and well adjusted in our crazy and fast
paced lives.
We teach you to teach your dog how to be a dog in our human society. We
focus on teaching the dog what we want and how to get them to respond to us.
We don't use physical, intimidating techniques that make dogs live in fear
of us. We teach our dogs to think and as a result, we create happy and
healthy dogs. We use positive and proven techniques that will get results in
a gentle yet firm manner.

Our Walk raises
money for the Lions Foundation of Canada to train Dog Guides for Canadians
who are in need and cannot afford a guide.
There are 3 distinct classes of Dog Guides; Canine Vision, Hearing Ear
Dogs and Special Skills Dogs. The Canine Vision Dogs provide the visually
impaired with an extra set of eyes. The Hearing Ear Dogs become the ears
for the deaf and hard of hearing, alerting them to buzzers, baby's crying,
smoke detectors and other noises that would alert a person. The Special
Skills Dogs take over everyday chores for the physically disabled,
allowing them to live a more independent life.
