In addition to a wide variety of pet supplies and accessories we offer
holistic pet remedies, supplements and free consultations.
We do not offer a shopping cart online primarily because we prefer to offer you personal service, including consulting with you regarding your pet's health issues, to ensure that the products you are ordering are appropriate for your pet's needs, and to ensure that dosing information and administration of remedies/supplements is accurately explained.
Shipping costs also cannot accurately be included in a shopping cart feature. We ship via Canada Post Expedited and only charge you the exact cost to ship your order; charges are comprised of insurance, shipping charges and tracking verification for your order. Those shipping costs vary greatly depending on the size and weight of your packaged order and your shipping location and as such shipping costs are individualized and cannot be generalized or estimated.

Oversized packages (primarily those that do not fit into a mail box) will incur a $3 pick up surcharge from Canada Post. Where possible, orders are sent signature required to ensure receipt of ordered items.

Shipping our products outside of Canada in regards to customs is at the buyer's own risk due to the fact that every region/state varies regarding import regulations. Creature Comfort will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office, nor for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you place an order with us or register for our services you submit certain information, such as name, address, phone number, business name, email address, payment or email funds transfer details. By doing so, you hereby acknowledge that certain personally identifiable information concerning you is collected and stored by Creature Comfort, and viewed only by employees of Creature Comfort. This is needed in order for us to properly perform the services that you are requesting.
WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
We use this information in order to serve the needs of our customers. We need to know who you are in order to verify the information you have sent us and to ensure accuracy when shipping your order. With your permission, we may also use your email address to notify of you other products or services you may be interested in.
HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION PROTECTED?
Creature Comfort does not lease, license, sell or share any of your information with anyone or any company. Only Creature Comfort employees working on your account will have access to your personal information. The only time someone other than a Creature Comfort employee will ever see or be privy to your personal information is in the case of your shipping information in order to ship your order, or a judicial request (such as a subpoena).
CAN I CORRECT OR REMOVE INFORMATION FROM YOUR RECORDS?
You always have the option of requesting not to be notified by email of any new product or service we are offering. Please contact us at creaturecomfort with the subject line “Remove me”. We will remove your information from our mailing list within 24 hours. However, if you have placed an order with us, we may retain your order information on file for minimum 7 years as required by Revenue Canada.
CAN I OPT OUT OF HAVING CERTAIN INFORMATION COLLECTED?
To protect your privacy, we make no attempt to collect cookies or any other personal or non-personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily provide us with. For additional security, you do also have the option of disabling your computer’s ability to accept or transmit cookies. This will prevent gathering of certain non-personally identifiable information from your computer by sites actively doing so.
