I want to thank you so very much for your time and for sharing your knowledge with me yesterday. I felt immediately "comforted" when we hung up and I actually found Wellness Core dog food at a natural dog center 5 minutes from my house! I started to mix it with her regular food last night. I also bought her 2 different dog treats that are grain free as well. . . I feel so encouraged and I can't thank you enough for helping us. The generous time and knowledge you gave me is greatly appreciated by my family and me.... including Roxy! I'm sure she will feel "comfort" very soon!

I came in on the weekend and got a big bag of the Orijen. Dante is really enjoying it I think, and so far we've noticed that his breath is no longer stinky, so we like it too! I just want you to know that I have found your advice and website helpful, and I intend on visiting your store often to get some more tips. I can see why people would travel a distance to come to your store. My step mom was so surprised how much info. she received in a quick little visit. Dear Christine,

Wow what a difference a day makes after just two uses of the cleanser and powder that you suggested for TAGG's ear made a remarkable difference, in that short of time! Upon just one application the redness began to diminish to a much less mean shade of red. It is presently a near normal shade of flesh tone and he seems his happy little self again.

I wanted to thank you for your help with my question(s) yesterday as to what I could do to make his ear a better situation for him. It seems to have worked extremely quick! I will continue though for a few more days with the treatment and then perhaps as you suggested, cleaning them more on schedule in order to keep them free of wax and accumulation of dirt and such.

I have always found that your guidence regarding my questions have been very helpful and you have also educated me in ways to be a better care giver to TAGG, Thanks again! Also thanks to your assistant as she is quite knowlegable and has been a very big help to me as well. ~TRISHA

Creature Comfort Pet Emporium is not a pet rescue, but sometimes dogs and cats in need find their way to us and we make every effort to assist pets in need whenever possible. Here are just a few of the pets that we and our staff members have successfully rescued. With thanks to local rescue groups such as Elmira Cat Rescue, Grand River All Breed Rescue, and Labrador Retriever Rescue Ontario, many have found new forever homes or are in excellent foster care awaiting their new families.
