These are just a tiny sampling of the many dogs and cats desperately needing a new forever home where they will be loved and cherished. Please contact the rescue group directly to inquire about current pets available for adoption.
PETS AVAILABLE
We are a private, no kill cat adoption facility located in south-central Ontario, Canada. We are a registered Canadian Charity. Our "Cat House" is home to approximately 60 cats who are permitted to roam free within the shelter. Our cats need never fear euthanasia, and can stay with us as long as it takes to find the right adoptive home. Our shelter is run by a very dedicated group of volunteers. We have no paid staff. Our funding comes from adoptions, surrender fees, our own volunteer fund-raising events and private donations from individuals. We have no government or township assistance. We mainly focus on adult cat adoptions, and kittens are usually available from about May through December. All our cats & kittens are blood tested negative for Feline Leukemia (FELV), and Feline Immune Deficiency Virus (FIV). They are vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas and are spayed or neutered.

All our cats are spayed or
neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and blood tested negative for
feline leukemia (FeLV) & feline immune deficiency virus (FIV). You will be
given a copy of their medical history when you adopt. Our adoption fee is
$125.00. |

GARTH
The kittens GATSBY & GARTH can be found In-Store at Creature Comfort. They are available for adoption from Cats Anonymous. Both Gatsby and Garth are classic black and white tuxedo cats with very similar markings; it is only subtle differences in their markings that let us know which cat is which. Gatsby and Garth were rescued into the care of Cats Anonymous from a feral colony in Georgetown, and now await loving forever homes. Both cats are exuberant, outgoing, and becoming more comfortable with people, although this has taken some time and effort. Rescue has so many different facets and one of the most crucial and hands on is fostering. Without that first step for many, the next step of going into the arms of a family will only be a dream. Fostering is taking one of these wonderful pets into your home and offering them a safe , loving home until their forever home is found. Rescues provide the vetting, the supplies and the food. If you or someone you know might be interested in opening their heart and home now is the time to jump in, they also have pets waiting to get into foster care.
